Muddy Water Riesling 2008 8.50 38.00 The grapes for this wine are hand harvested and whole cluster pressed. This moderatly sweet wine has characters of lime juice and spice. It is great as a wine on it's own or with a meal.

Fiddler’s Green Sauvignon Blanc 2008 8.00 35.00 Ripely herbaceous aromatics with excellent palate structure with intensity. A crisp, elegant wine, rich and concentrated. Waipara West Chardonnay 2006 7.50 31.00 The aroma is a heady blend of fruit, oak and creamy yeast, with hints of hazelnuts and butterscotch. The palate begins with a slight sweetness, layered across a mineral mid palate, followed by good acid balance with a lingering oak finish. Main Divide Chardonnay 2007 8.00 35.00 This barrel fermented Chardonnay has been made using traditional Burgundian methods and is packed full of ripe stone and citrus characters. It has been aged on lees in French oak for 12 months adding smoky, toasty overtones.

The palate has a soft entry with firm tannin moving into a long vanilla and oak finish. Waipara West Pinot Noir 2008 7.80 32.00 This wine displays cherries, blackberries and vibrant pleasant French oak. A light to medium bodied wine with a supple mid palate and food friendly spices. Terrace Edge Syrah 2008 8.00 35.00 A youthful and appealing bouquet displaying red plum, blueberry and subtle spice characters. This medium-bodied Syrah is beautifully balanced and proportioned. Pegasus Bay Merlot Cabernet 2005 9.80 46.00 This wine has been aged in French oak for two years before blending and bottling. The resulting wine is full bodied, displaying plenty of ripe blackcurrent and plum fruit while also delivering savoury notes adding interest and complexity.
